1. Data Collection

MoneyGoal does not collect any personal data. All your income records, goals, and settings are stored exclusively on your device. We do not have access to your data, nor do we transmit it to any server.

2. Data Storage

All data is stored locally using SQLite on your device. No cloud storage is used. Your financial information never leaves your phone.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share any data with third parties. We do not use analytics services, advertising networks, or any external data processors.

4. Data Export & Backup

You can export your data anytime in CSV or JSON format. You can also create local backup files and share them to your file manager. These operations are fully under your control.

5. iCloud Sync (Future)

We are evaluating optional iCloud sync with encryption as a top priority. If implemented, it will be strictly opt-in and will not change our privacy-first default.

6. User Rights

You fully own your data. You can export, backup, or delete it at any time. Uninstalling the app will remove all local data from your device.

This website does not use cookies. The app does not use cookies.

Q1: Is my data safe?

Yes. All data stays on your device. We don't have servers, we don't collect data, and we can't see your income information.

Q2: Do I need to create an account?

No. MoneyGoal requires zero registration. Open the app and start tracking immediately.

Q3: How does the adaptive algorithm work?

Simple math: Remaining Goal ÷ Remaining Days = Your New Daily Target. No black box, just straight math.

Q4: Can I export my data?

Yes. You can export all your records in CSV or JSON format, and create local backup files anytime.

Q5: Does it support multiple currencies?

Yes. You can set your preferred currency in Settings.

Q6: Is there an Android version?

Android is on our roadmap. Stay tuned!

Q7: What if I lose my data?

Since all data is local, deleting the app or resetting your phone will erase data. We strongly recommend using the built-in backup feature regularly.
